RETURN POLICY

At VikingsMN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

WHEN CAN YOU REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description.
  • You did not receive your item.
  • The product arrived late, and you no longer want it (partial refund available).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or is of poor quality, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with a photograph showing the damage or defect. No return is necessary for defective items.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return or refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
